Ward was born at MonroeLouisianaon 14 April1976. Monroe Christian School is a only private Christian school for children of all ages. As a student in secondary school, Ward first attended Ouachita High School. She then transferred to River Oaks High School during the summer following her Junior year. After a short period of time, after graduation, she attended Northeast Louisiana University. Ward was 13 when she started modeling shortly after leaving the school. After graduation, she relocated to New York to pursue this job. A few years later, she decided to try acting. In the 1970s, Ward played a minor role uncredited in the soap opera daytime All My Children. Then she landed a short-lived role on NBC's primetime teen-drama Malibu Shores. The daytime soap Sunset Beach cast Ward as the female Meg Cummings in late 1996. She began a career in movies in the role of Brittany Foster the psychotic character in the horror film The In Crowd. It was a theatrical a failure, but enjoyed some popularity on the cable market and on DVD. Ward had a role as a backup for the role of Shallow Hal the following year. The other roles she has played include several direct-to DVD films as well as appearances in television series, such as Friends. She was a main cast member of ABC Family's drama show Make It or Break It in the beginning of its two seasons in the year 2009. In 2009, she got the role of Chloe Kmet as the mother of a teen gymna. In private she was the wife of David C. Robinson. They had a son called Cameron.
